Labeling

The label of the cosmetic product must be in accordance with the Regulation on cosmetic products.
The declaration can be found on the primary and secondary packaging. If the product has both primary and secondary packaging, the declaration can be in a shorter form on the primary packaging. For products that are sold without packaging or on which it is not possible to write all the necessary information (Bath bomb, solid shampoos, bars etc.), there is a special marking method.

The declaration must contain certain elements:

1. Name and address of the responsible person who places the cosmetic product on the market
2. Net content
3. Product shelf life, except for products whose shelf life is longer than 30 months
4. Purpose of the product
5. List of product ingredients
6. If the product contains nano particles, it must be clearly indicated on the declaration itself.

For each of these items, there are marking methods and additional explanations. If you want us to review your declaration or make one for you, you can contact us.

If certain claims about product efficiency are used, they must be confirmed by efficiency tests.
